Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sugar Daddy Jamaica ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Termination

Disclaimers

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the greater of one hundred United States dollars (US $100.00) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sugar Daddy Jamaica, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform.
• Your violation of any term of these Terms.

• Your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality — including the Sugar Daddy Jamaica name, logo, design, text, graphics, and software — are owned by Sugar Daddy Jamaica and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.
